24-hour notice required for access to stored RV’s.
EXTRA SERVICES:
$5.00 - Plug-up electricity, refrigerator and AC/Heat
$10.00 - Open slide-outs, lower stabilizer, hook up water, electricity, turn refrigerators and AC/heat on (no sewer).
$10.00 - disconnect electricity, water and stabilizer (no sewer).
$1.50 per foot to wash RV. Does not include awnings
$30.00 - winterize (washers & ice makers $25.00 each in addition to standard fee).
* all our storage units will be placed on site free of charge, we extend a 10% discount on nightly site rentals for our storage customers.
